where can I get a payroll tax deduction guide for Ill?

I'm starting a small business & need a payroll tax guide to pay salaries. I remember having a book when I did payroll at another job. I need to know where I can purchase one for the state of Illinois.

1. I would check with Illinois's Department of Labor website. I would imagine there is a link somewhere on there to help you. For Federal purposes, check www.irs.gov, click Forms & Publications, and you can print out Publication 15-Employer's Tax Guide. Hope this helps!!
