The U.S. Census Bureau will host a webinar on Tuesday, January 20, at 1:30 p.m. ET to discuss updates to the methodology for the Vintage 2025 population estimates.

The Population Estimates Program (PEP) is responsible for developing the official estimates of population and housing units for the Census Bureau. Each year, PEP creates a time series of estimates beginning with the most recent decennial census and continuing through the vintage year, which is the latest year for which estimates are available.

The upcoming webinar will provide information about changes in methodology for producing the Vintage 2025 estimates series.
