Denver Health has been recognized by U.S. News and World Report as one of the Best Hospitals for Maternity in 2026. This acknowledgment adds to its previous designation by Newsweek as one of the Best Maternity Care Hospitals.

The hospital is responsible for delivering half of all babies born in Denver, with more than 4,300 births recorded last year.

Sara Henderson, director of nursing for women and children at Denver Health, commented on the recognition: “We are both humbled and grateful for this acknowledgment. Our nurses, providers and entire support team work together with exceptional collaboration, compassion and dedication to ensure each patient receives outstanding, empathetic care. I am incredibly proud to be part of this remarkable team.”
