Motorists traveling in Pueblo should expect a weekend closure of eastbound US Highway 50B. The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT), together with SEMA Construction, will close the route between Interstate 25 and Hudson Avenue/Bonforte Boulevard. This closure is required for the installation of new drainage pipes beneath the highway as part of ongoing improvements to the I-25 and US 50B Interchange.

According to CDOT, “This closure is necessary for the safety of the traveling public.”

Drivers are advised to use northbound I-25 and take the US 50B/CO 47 off-ramp, then travel east on CO 47 (Exit 101) to rejoin US 50.
