EchoStar Corporation reported its financial results for the second quarter and first half of 2025, highlighting revenue and operational metrics across its business segments.
For the three months ended June 30, 2025, EchoStar recorded total revenue of $3.72 billion, compared to $3.95 billion in the same period last year. For the six months ended June 30, 2025, revenue was $7.60 billion, down from $7.97 billion in the prior-year period.

Our Retail Wireless business continues to make progress and we have now had five consecutive quarters of growth with our Boost Mobile brand. Our Pay-TV ARPU and churn rate improvement continues to impress, and our enterprise business is gaining ground globally within the aviation sector as the industry’s only future-proof in-flight connectivity solution.”
The company’s wireless segment, which includes Boost Mobile and network wireless services, generated approximately $935 million in revenue for the second quarter. The Pay-TV segment—comprising DISH TV and Sling TV—reported about $2.46 billion in revenue for the same period. Broadband & Satellite Services contributed roughly $340 million.
Net loss attributable to EchoStar for Q2 2025 was $306 million versus a net loss of $206 million a year earlier. For the first half of 2025, net loss attributable to EchoStar totaled $509 million compared to a net loss of $313 million for the first half of 2024.
Operating income before depreciation and amortization (OIBDA), a non-GAAP measure used by management to assess operating profitability excluding depreciation and amortization expenses, was reported at $280 million for Q2 2025 compared to $442 million in Q2 2024.
The company’s cash position decreased during the period. As of June 30, 2025, cash and cash equivalents stood at approximately $2.35 billion compared to about $4.31 billion at December 31, 2024.
