The International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM) has extended the registration deadline for its 2025 Retirees Conference to Monday, September 15, 2025. The event is scheduled for October 20-22 at the Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront in Cocoa Beach, Florida.

The conference will bring together retirees and future retirees from across North America. According to the IAM, this year’s theme is “Leaders and Legends,” focusing on honoring retiree contributions while encouraging ongoing engagement within the union.

“This gathering is more than just a conference; it is also a celebration of solidarity and strength. Retirees and future retirees from across North America will come together to build community, share experiences, and strategize on how to elevate retiree engagement within our union.”

Attendees can expect guest speakers, breakout sessions, and opportunities to connect with fellow members who have contributed to the organization’s history. A special tour of NASA’s Kennedy Space Center is planned for October 22 as part of the event.

The IAM encourages those interested in attending or booking accommodations to take advantage of the extended deadline.
