IAM Union leaders visit Wisconsin Mercury Marine and John Deere facilities

IAM Union leaders, including International President Brian Bryant and Resident General Vice President Jody Bennett, recently visited union members at Mercury Marine and John Deere facilities in Wisconsin. Chief of Staff Vinny Addeo also joined the tour.

Local officials guided the IAM officers through both plants. During the visits, Bryant highlighted his appreciation for the craftsmanship shown by union members who manufacture Mercury Outboard engines and John Deere equipment.

Bryant said, “I am truly impressed by the high-quality work and skills displayed by our union members in manufacturing products like Mercury Outboard engines and premium John Deere equipment.”

Union representatives from Mercury Marine discussed their expertise in machining, pouring, and grinding. They also emphasized their pride in producing American-made goods.
