Liberty Media announces Renee Wilm transition to senior advisor role

Renee Wilm will move from her current roles as Chief Legal Officer and Chief Administrative Officer at Liberty Media, Liberty Live, and Liberty Broadband to become Senior Advisor for the companies later this year. The announcement was made by Liberty Media Corporation on March 5, 2026.

Wilm has been with Liberty Media as Chief Legal Officer since 2019 and previously worked as outside counsel for over twenty years. During her tenure, she played a key role in significant transactions, capital restructurings, and the ongoing development of Liberty’s portfolio. She also led the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix as its President and CEO until its integration with the global F1 team in January 2025.

In her new position as Senior Advisor, Wilm will continue to offer strategic guidance to leadership teams at Liberty Media, Liberty Live, and Liberty Broadband while supporting major initiatives across these organizations. She will remain Chief Legal Officer at GCI Liberty.
