Liberty Media schedules virtual annual stockholder meeting for May 11, 2026

Liberty Media Corporation has announced that its 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held virtually on Monday, May 11, 2026, at 11:45 a.m. Mountain Time. Stockholders who are registered as of the record date—March 23, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. New York City time—will have the opportunity to listen to the meeting, vote, and submit questions by logging in at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/LMC2026. Access requires a 16-digit control number found on either the proxy card or the Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials.

A technical support number will be available at the virtual meeting link starting ten minutes before the scheduled start time to assist participants with any issues.

The meeting will also be accessible via Liberty Media’s website. Interested parties can visit https://www.libertymedia.com/investors/news-events/ir-calendar to access the webcast. After all necessary filings with the SEC are completed, an archive of the webcast will be made available on this site.
