Stockholders who are registered as of the record date—March 23, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. New York City time—will have the opportunity to listen to the meeting, vote, and submit questions by logging in at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/LMC2026. Access requires a 16-digit control number found on either the proxy card or the Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials.
