IAM union members from Minnesota gathered at IAM District 77 for the Minnesota State Council, a three-day meeting focused on key issues affecting working families, according to a March 24 announcement.

The gathering brought together union representatives and members to address challenges and priorities that impact workers throughout the state. The event included opening remarks from IAM International President Bryan Bryant and IAM Midwest Territory General Vice President Sam Cicinelli, who set the tone for discussions over the course of the meeting.

Participants spent three days engaging in conversations about topics important to their membership. The council aimed to strengthen advocacy efforts and build unity among union members as they navigate ongoing workplace concerns.

A video titled “Minnesota IAM Members Unite to Advocate for Workers Statewide” was shared as part of the event coverage, highlighting member involvement during the council. Additional photos from the meeting were also made available for those interested in viewing moments from the proceedings.

The Minnesota State Council serves as an opportunity for IAM union members to collaborate on strategies that support workers’ rights and well-being.
