The University of Colorado Board of Regents concluded its scheduled review and approved revisions to several university laws and policies during its meeting on November 6. The updated documents include Article 2.A.5, which addresses the roles of Chair and Vice Chair; Policy 2.C.1, concerning Committee Governing Principles; Policy 3.F, related to evaluations for university officers and administration; and Policy 4.B, focusing on academic planning and accountability.

In addition to these changes, the regents also completed a review of other regulations but recommended no modifications at this time. These include Article 1, Part C: University of Colorado Policy Framework, and Article 2, Part C: University Seal.

These reviews are part of the board’s ongoing five-year schedule to examine regent laws and policies for potential updates or revisions.

A detailed summary of the policy changes, including justifications and redline drafts, is available at https://www.cu.edu/regents/rlpreview#tabs-2.
